problem #1

Dec 122014

Grand Cherokee

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,000 miles

After 4000 miles, vehicle would vibrate at speeds over 65 mph but not consistently. Had tires rotated and balanced. Two different dealers could not fix and sometimes could not duplicate. When we were to go to arbitration over lemon law we videotaped a water bottle held on the steering wheel and shows the water moving around. It was a new highway and also videotaped mile markers to show location.

We have had four Jeeps 1985, 1998,1999, and loved those, but the 2014 was beautiful and a great ride.....when it worked. Something was always going wrong..transmission, the vibration, the radio never worked, the moon roof wouldn't' close properly and would leak

The dealership we bought it from told us to take our service issues elsewhere and we were still under warranty. So that really compelled to do the lemon law and we were successful.
