defrost want work on driver side

Called Secret City Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Oak Ridge,made appointment to have defroster fixed.They told me about the recall was ready to be fixed and they needed to reset transmission lights that showed up.They said they could fix all that while they had it .I'said ok and left it with them for two days.they didn't even look at my defrost what i took it in for .They billed my warrenty for it i bet .Now I had to take it to Crossville Dodge place to see if they can fix it because they had to fix my daughters defrost also she has small jeep.We bought three new vehicals that day and something wrong with every one of them.
