Buying a brand new awarded car, my expectations were firmly high but disappointed by these manufacture faults annoys me. Since it is huge amount paid and vehicle looks used. There is huge irregularity from one door to another. Huge gaps at rear door from one side as well as rear tailgate lights. There is also defect in wheel rotation as speedometer does not match with vehicle actual speed which has costed me speeding fines. The most of all the dealers are having just as no information or to aware the customer before hand. Once complained they give reluctant answers of pointing as every Grand Cherokee 2015 having same problem without no solutions. I hope this complaint helps Jeep Grand Cherokee to perfect their defects as it stands for luxury and brand.

Sadly, I traded in a 2014 Altitude with only 9K miles on it, spent 20K more to obtain this vehicle and a 6 year loan - now I have to deal with this issue. It sucks.
So much for luxury SUV.
