This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Jeep dealer.
Water pouring in from overhead console from sunroof.
Three separate trips to dealer. First excuse was the drains were "probably" clogged.
Second time in for exact same problem was told the drains were "twisted"
Third time was told drains weren't actually "connected"
No problem since.

Seems this is a Jeep problem. Don't know where the water came from or how it got in. Another GC had water in the transmission from the same dealer.

This is my first jeep, just bought it used with 8500 miles on it. It has been raining heavy, on Sunday went to get in the jeep there was a standing water (pool) on the driver's floor, every thing is soaking wet, I had to work on it just about every hour to keep up with the water. finally covered the jeep with tarp to stop the leak. Next day on Monday I called the closest jeep dealer, the service department said they are so backed up because of the rain and leaks, the soonest they can take it is in 3 weeks. So, i called 2 other dealers and the best due to rain and many jeeps leaking in the service departments, I was able to get in 1 week in to a dealer about 30 miles away. Wow, what a first awaking about Jeep's customer service....Anyway I don't know what they are going fix because I am still wainting my turn to take it in, however all three dealers services I called they asked if my jeep had the SUNROOF. that tells me that it could be most likely, but not sure yet.
Unhappy new Owner
