Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6L V6 24v Vvt

This is my first Chrysler / Jeep ever and when the car is 1 year old and a major component like a Front Differential breaks on you, it leads me to believe this is only the beginning. Adding to the fact that this occurred during the holidays, the part requires 3 - 5 days shipping and then 1 day labor. When all was said and done, I was without my vehicle for a full calendar week. Lastly, the dealership did not offer a rental or agree to one as Chrysler does not cover it for warranty work.

Disappointed is an understatement.
