Since January 2020, I've been in and out of Reedman Toll Jeep and Dodge of Jenkingtown. I've explained to them that while I'm driving my battery volt indicator sporadically jumps from 14 volts to 16 volts, then 17 volts. At this time the radio begins to turn off and on, immediately followed by the dash board flickering on and off as well as the windshield wipers randomly turn on. The first time I was told it was the battery, the problem only temporarily went away.
I returned the vehicle to the dealership, this time to be told that it was a defected battery. Long story short, I have since put a total of FOUR batteries and one new alternator in this vehicle only for the problem to still remain a year later; without any solution to what is causing this problem.

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee has intermittent long starts as well as AC high speed fan failure. My mechanic diagnosed it and believes faulty TIPM is the culprit. Since the TIPM controls all things electrical in the Jeep, having 2 issues pop up around same time it is believed it is the issue.
