FUMES IN CABIN AFTER HAVING FUEL TANK REPLACED!!!!!

Just picked up car from dealer and quickly noticed how bad the car smells inside. I hate to be a big baby and have made an appointment to take it in tomorrow, but, wonder if the tech could've spilled gas somewhere or maybe even had it on his clothes or hands when he got in my car? Seems to be coming from the front of my car vs. the back where the tank is?

I don't want to explode on the road. Is it normal to smell gas after such a replacement?

Update from Nov 10, 2017: Update as of 11/10/17: Happy to report gas smell in cabin is almost gone. A couple days with the windows open and I am good to go. Told my Jeep advisor to let the customer know when this procedure is done that a strong gas odor may linger for a couple days so they don't freak out like I did!

Some time after the first oil & filter change performed by the local Jeep dealer, we frequently notice fuel exhaust smells entering the passenger compartment within a minute after startup and sometimes while waiting at stop lights. Once the car starts moving forward again and fresh air enters the passenger compartment it eventually clears out. This occurs both when we have parked the car in the garage or outside in an open parking lot. The odor does not smell like pure raw gasoline. It has a peculiar odor that leads me to believe it could be a fuel system venting problem or an emissions system problem. I checked the fuel fill door and it appears to be closing properly Our model does not have a removable fuel filler cap. It has the new automatic self-closing cap. I suppose the problem could be related to fuel tank venting (or lack thereof).

Has I want to find out if others have this same problem before I take the car to the dealer.
