The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While reversing the vehicle, the rear camera proximity lines failed. There were no warning indicators illuminated. Bobb Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (13007 wicker ave, cedar lake, in 46303, (219) 267-1226) diagnosed that the steering column module needed to be repaired. If the repair was not completed, it would affect the air bags. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000.
