DO NOT BUY A JEEP...I was in an accident on September 13th, where my accelerator stuck & my car hit a tree. I had a witness & the tow truck driver had difficulty keeping my shifter in park, so, after I had my car towed to the autobody shop that Jeep told me to have my vehicle towed to, I filed a claim with, of course, my insurance co & with Chrysler. I was told by Chrysler to not allow the autobody shop do any work until they did their investigation. Now, almost 2 months later, my car still sits at the autobody shop because Jeep has NEVER returned my calls to advise me of what to do. I have called Chrysler/Jeep numerous times & I am told that I will get a call back in 1 to 2 days & they have NEVER called me back. I, also, went to DCH dealer in Temecula on 11/4 to see if they could do something & the service guy told me he would have the service manager call me back Monday 11/7, &, guess what....NO CALL!!!!!! The next step is to hire an attorney & to tell everyone I know & everyone on all social medias my story & why they should NEVER buy a Chrysler product. I have been paying for a rental car & I have made 2 car payments & insurance payments on a car that sits, unrepaired at the autobody shop!!!! I am out over 2,000.00!!!! I have never been treated so poorly!!
