high howling wind noise on driver side at 45-50+ mph

I have a howling wind noise on driver side when I hit speeds of 45+. Per Black Jeep Dealership in Statesville NC

they claim they either couldn't hear the noise or claim that it's normal. It's so loud you can hear the noise over the radio. The dealership also claims they drove a new 2018 which had the same noise. If that was the case with mine I would of NEVER purchased mine. This is a lame excuse and I don't believe they even tried to figure out what was wrong or care to fix it. I've owned several different Jeeps but this will be my last!! It's all about the sale of the vehicle and NO customer service. Very disappointing.
