problem #1

I noticed the problem with the car only being six months. Bumper to bumper warranty, I figured no problem I'll just take it to dealer and have them fix it. Not a big deal. Called dealer, said to bring it by they would take pics and have the manager look at the problem. After contacting them several times and a month goes by they say the district manager wants to look at it . Take time out of my day to drop it off. Just to have to call two days later cause they didn't bother to call me back . Just to hear it's ENVIRONMENTAL and basically my fault. Even after I told them there's some on their lot with same problems. Wasn't satisfied with there answer so I took it to anther dealer. While dropping it off I looked on their lot at the 2018 models just to see the same problem. That dealer said it was the same ENVIRONMENTAL even after I told them to go look at their line up of 2018s. So they obviously know that there is a problem with the quality of the material and don't want to fix it.
