Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk 3.6L

I've been hearing a rattling noise coming out of the driver side rear. I thought it was the wheel well cover as it was lose, so I tried to tighten it down but the noise continues. I'm not sure if this could be caused by bad control arm bushings or something else??
