Took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the Dealer because my Roof Rails were coming away from the roof line near front and back of the rails, something that was fine on delivery but distorted later. They ordered a new set and put on with the same result. They told me this is the way they are made. I have looked at dozens same model and different years which none were distorted and fit perfectly. They say they looked at others and saw similar but they would not show me personally any to compare. Just a made up excuse. FCA customer care was a joke to deal with a total waste of time. I will never buy a FCA vehicle again.
