I have a 2018 GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED and in the last month I have had the following issues:
- OIL COOLING Unit failed $1250 to fix (already fixed)
- Transmission Failure, will not shift out of first gear. $5900 quote from dealer
- Leaking radiator (supposedly) $1300 to fix
Is this normal for a Jeep of this age? I am trying to determine if this is worth fixing or junk the car.

Radiator cracked and leaked when engine starts up. Replaced under warranty once I confronted the dealership with how ridiculous it is - at 32K miles. Mechanic talked with me for a bit on the poor manufacture job - Jeep should recall these things before something bad happens - like my wife & kids stuck out in the New Mexico desert...

We have two JGC and this is the second radiator from the same year model. Cracks along the manufacturing seem releasing coolant in small spurts when pressurized. Talking with the dealership, it's quite common. That's great, but this is costing me $1200 estimated since my vehicle is just out of warranty ...
Why isn't there a fix and a recall for what is obviously a manufacturer defect?

The car was making a noise and we took it in to find out that the water pump was going out. When they went in to replace under warranty, they found the leak in the radiator, so it needed replacement - and it was not covered under warranty.

The radiator is leaking coolant among other things. Seems like the car just broke at 100,000 miles.
