Grand Cherokee Limited 3.70L V6

The car lurched back in a parking lot and I slammed on the brakes. The shift selector "R" was flashing on and off and my instrument panel blacked out. When I parked and re-started my car, all my electrical pre-sets (seat position, etc) had to be reset.
