Grand Cherokee Limited V6

Sunroof started rattling like someone was tapping the glass with a metal rod. Continuously while I drove. Jeep Corporate tried everything except changing the sunroof. I took it a total of 9 times until they finally decided it was costing too much in loaner cars because I kept bringing it back every time. First they decided to remove the bumper and said it was that. Then it was the passenger head rest that they blamed. Then they said they couldn't find any issues when the headliner was removed. Then it was panels in the trunk that they blamed.

Awful service Department at Papa's Dodge until they replaced the manager. His first day he said he read my file and decided on his own to replace it. No more rattle. Had they just done it like I asked it would've saved everyone the waste of time and expense. Jeep Corporate offered only 5% off on a new car as compensation. They are crazy to think I would ever give them another penny of my money after this experience. This is a known issue with a technical service bulletin.
