I have had the engine to shut off twice and not able to crank back up after several attempts. The first time this happened when I was in the drive through at the pharmacy picking up my daughters prescription. There was a little bit of a wait so I manually turned the engine off, when I went to turn the key over to crank the truck it made no sound. I attempted to crank a few more times and after the 3rd attempt the truck started. I contacted my dealer they advised me to bring truck in for repairs. 1 week before my truck stalled this time that I am speaking in regards to now, I had my truck at my dealer to have the 2 recalls fixed on my truck, when I called to make them aware of the issues 1 week after I had just got my truck back, they scheduled me another service appointment issued me another loaner car and kept my truck for over a week. As of yesterday 1/11/2019 my truck did the same thing but this time in a more dangerous scenario. I had just pulled out into traffic making a right turn from stop sign turning into major traffic when as soon as I pulled out the truck completely died! I panicked because I was in the middle of major traffic. I opened my door attempting to try and push my truck out of the way of traffic but I was not able to safely do so. So I decided to try and get the truck to start up again, I turned key over 3 times and finally the truck cranked up. I contacted my dealer and he claims my truck has done this because I maybe out of oil??? I pray that Chrysler will replace this vehicle with something else I would like a new vehicle asap!!!
