The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving at any speed, the passenger side air bag did not recognize when the passenger seat was occupied. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to five star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of macon (478-287-1907, located at 3068 riverside dr, macon, ga 31210) where the vehicle was kept for a week. The technician was unable to duplicate the failure and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and assigned a case manager. The manufacturer referred the contact to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 350.
