The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power with an unknown audible alert warning. Additionally, the vehicle intermittently failed to start. AAA arrived on the scene and jumpstarted the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure and no error codes were retrieved. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,500. The VIN was unavailable.
