This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Jeep dealer.
Vehicle was running rough, took it into dealership who stated that the engine light show the 4 fuel injectors was misfiring . After further inspection it showed damage in the engine which could not be repaired and engine replacement was required. Dealership has been helpful.

Barrie Chrysler are all the biggest liars and crooks I have ever dealt with in my life. While the sales team is fantastic, the service is the worst I have ever dealt with (especially Ted Psaros). They will fight you to the bitter end to deny warranty coverage. The service manager Jerry VanGerwen actually advised me to buy a Tesla if I do not like paying for major internal engine failures, that's how much they know their cars are garbage. The Manager Moe Ladiki called me to "try" and help, but even though I have all the evidence to prove that the engine failure should be fixed under warranty, he still feels that denying warranty and losing a customer is better for business. He just tries to pass the buck to other shops where I have had service done (because this Jeep is constantly in for service, by the way).
Jeep is a poorly manufactured brand and they do not stand behind their warranty. Avoid this dealership and the Jeep brand, unless you are OK with thousands of dollars of repairs and maintenance during your first 2 years of ownership. Calling FCA also gets you nowhere because they will tell you that the shop makes the call on warranty. I have been a loyal Dodge, Jeep, and RAM customer for 20+ years and I will never buy one again.
