This happened to a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on 1/16/22.
The temp dipped down to 0 degrees Saturday night and at 6:30 Sunday morning the car wouldn't start. So I tried jumping with my truck and it wouldn't start, then tried my portable booster pack and that wouldn't start it either. Called roadside assistance and they sent a tow truck. He tried his booster and had no luck, so it was towed to a Jeep dealer nearby. Monday morning the temperature went above freezing with rain, the dealer calls and said the Jeep started right up without a problem and if we wanted to have it diagnosed, we would have to leave it for a week as they were backed up. We are going to get a rental and drop off at the dealer where we purchased it as we purchased this car to be ready 24/7 for a medical nurse.

Was in Boston on a trip and had valet at hotel come to me to say the car didn't start unless you put the key fob directly up against the start button. Once you did that, it started when switch was pressed. They suggested they've seen this before, but obviously couldn't tell me what the cause was, just a workaround. Never had it looked at since FCA appointments in my area are running about 30-45 days out.
