The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that after refueling the vehicle, the vehicle failed to restart immediately. The vehicle was able to restart after several attempts. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
