The contact owned a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while his step daughter was driving at 40 MPH, the railroad track poles were lowered. The contact's daughter crashed in to the railroad poles. There were no warning lights illuminated. The driver-??s and passenger-??s side air bags did not deploy. The vehicle came to a stop when the railroad poles landed in the middle of the vehicle. There was property damage to the railroad poles. A police report was filed. The contact and the passenger did not suffer any injuries. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The contact believes the vehicle will be deemed a total loss however, it was not confirmed yet. The contact mentioned that about six moths ago the fender and bumper were placed due to his step daughter having an accident. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 30,000.
