The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 20 MPH, the vehicle was vibrating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, no failure was found. The contact stated that the tread on the driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side front tires were extremely worn. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and a case was filed.
