The problem seems to be when you switch back and forth between 2 different profiles. You lose the settings for both profiles. Disabling the profile feature and just using Memory 1 and Memory 2, also does not retain settings when switched between the two memory seat position settings.

Problem has lasted since I bought it Last Feb. I do not know what it is like to have memory seats that work anymore.

Update from May 10, 2024: After 14 months the MSM Memory seat module was flashed with the correct part # to resolve. Memory seats now work.
