The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that there was a fuel odor coming into the cabin of the vehicle while driving at various speeds. The contact stated that while attempting to accelerate uphill, the accelerator pedal had to be depressed to the floor for the vehicle to respond as needed. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle drove as if the brake pedal was being depressed. The contact stated that the fuel odor was evident only while the vehicle was in the E-Save Mode. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle had been taken to the dealer however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 600.
