control arm on rear suspension broke

At ~20?mph on a paved suburban road, the driver side rear lower control arm fractured without warning; wheel shifted violently. Vehicle towed to dealer. Dealer blamed superficial “witness marks” and refused warranty coverage. I paid for this through my insurance. Dec?2024 inspection showed no suspension issues and the car had only been driven on pavement. For a vehicle that is marketed as an off road ready truck this should never have happened. I have written to Jeep executives expressing my concern and outrage and asking for restitution but have been completely ignored. I have filed an incident with the NHTSA and am now going onto every forum warning people about this experience and to avoid buying a Jeep 4Xe. 37 days out of service. I will be terminating my lease early and will never buy from this brand again.
