Grand Cherokee 4xe LX 3.2L V6

I purchased a new 2015 jeep Cherokee and several years later the paint started to bubble and cracking on the roof top of the vehicle.

I reported it to the dealership where I purchase it and they said they could not help me.

I just would like the dealership to help me repair the paint situation.
