Reported in July to NHSTA after dealership brought me a loaner and vehicle was towed. Two Engineers one from Mass and one from NY found nothing they are willing to share with the dealership or myself after having my vehicle for 45 days. They were nice enough to send me an email saying that they were not responsible and told my dealership they are not paying for the rental or repairs? Really my vehicle has 26,000 miles on it and still have no idea what happened to it. Stallantis would not allow it to be released to me until yesterday evening due to safety issues? Now still we have no answers but they are having me picking it up.
Don't think for a minute that Stallantis will help you because my dealership is helping me by covering all of the expenses as they don't agree with Stallantis it seems.
This is all because my brakes locked up in the middle of the road for no reason and no one can figure it out.
