This has happened twice to me already. first time in 10/23 and again 3/2024. power steering failed without notice while driving making it very hard to control the vehicle. Had to have it towed both times to the dealership for repairs.

A power failure inside the vehicle causing it to crash at a gas station it's been in a shop for almost 3 months now while we are paying almost 2k a month for the loan, we asked Jeep to cancel the contract and give us our money back they refuse since we had so many problems since we brought that brand new vehicle. We need help from your organization now.

Went to start the vehicle, and there was no power steering at all. Several warnings on the dash to have it serviced. Had a tow truck come take it to the nearest Chrysler Dealership for service. Waiting for diagnosis
