About These NHTSA Complaints:
The NHTSA is the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints can be spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem. See the Back button — blue bar at the very top of the page — to explore more.
I've been told by Chrysler and the NHTSA for over a year now that my fuel tank may leak, catch fire and possibly explode as a result of la low speed rear end collision. Recall notice 13V252000, N46/NHTSA 13V-252 was issued, yet Chrysler continues to stall in actually fixing the problem. In the meantime my family continues to be at risk everyday. Please enforce the recall by setting a meaningful deadline for them to fix the problem, not talk more or send me another useless notice, but actually fix the unsafe vehicle they sold me. Thank you
