Takata recall. The contact owns a 2003 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that the horn was getting stuck without warning. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15V046000 (air bags) and was to check with the manufacturer to determine if the parts were available to schedule the recall repair and diagnose the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
