Liberty 4WD 6-cyl

My 2004 Jeep Liberty tire broke off. The mechanic's all said it was a right lower ball joint and cv joint on the passenger side. There was no suspension damage or tire nor wheel damage it has approx. 37,000 miles on it, leaving me with the shop bill of over $600.
