Liberty 6-cyl

  • 98,000 miles
The speed O meter comes on and off several times and now it is completely blank. Took it to have it fixed at least three times, it worked for a fe miles then it went off again. The engine light comes on each time to indicate something is wrong. Now it has stopped working over six months costing me several hundred dollars.

The contact stated that the 2004 Jeep Liberty was experiencing the same symptoms described in recall 07V192000, but this vehicle was not included. She would like to have the scope of the recall expanded for the intermittent radio/ip/side mirrors/rear wiper. There was also a buzzing somewhere in the dashboard. The speedometer was acting erratically. Update 05/04/07
