Chrysler sent me a letter informing me of recall N46. I am seeking reimbursement for an oem hitch that I had installed prior to the recall. I have spoken to Chrysler many times over the last 2 years and followed their instructions for inspection and submission of documentation for the oem hitch. I have a case # from Chrysler. Despite repeated promises to call me and /or process the refund, I have had no contact from Chrysler. My latest attempt to contact them was 1/20/15, at which point I was told I would be contacted within a week. What do I have to do to get the refund?

The gas consistently overflows in this vehicle when filling up the tank. It's like there is no safety stop to keep the gas from filling. It ends up gushing all over the side of the vehicle and the ground when I try to fill up the tank. I never let the tank fill automatically at the pump. I watch the gallons meter as I'm pumping the gas to estimate when to stop pumping gas but it is still very unpredictable. Even the interior of the vehicle smells like gasoline when this happens.
