Jeep recall notices require hitch installation. Dealer (wolfchase Chrysler Jeep in bartlett, tn) does not have hitches and cannot get them in a timely fashion. Dangerous condition for vehicle which Jeep seems incapable of fixing. Dealer has not given any estimate of when they will be able to install new hitch.

The dealer stated that she would receive a second notification letter. The contact stated that she had been waiting long enough and did not feel that the vehicle was safe to drive. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 90,028.
