I received notice from Chrysler over two months ago stating there is a hitch problem which could cause a fire or explosion danger on impact and as of this date I have not received any further information.

It's very disappointing and criminal that this is allowed to happen with no accountability and we as the consumer are driving around hoping that we will not become another statistic for the automobile makers! I've had two window motors replaced on this vehicle because they were faulty and Chrysler did pay to replace them but clearly these vehicles were sold without any safety testing or priority, only for the mighty dollar with no respect to people's lives.

When I purchase my next vehicle I think I will pass on Chrysler and Chevy and I will do my homework and only buy from a respected car maker in the future!

I have been trying since October I think to get my recall parts replaced but have had no luck. I am on a waiting list still after all this time.. Very irritating that there is a chance of an accident and I have 3 kids in my Jeep and no other way to go and no way to get my parts fixed they like they are supposed to be.
