The dealer denied that there was a safety defect on the vehicle. The contact has been fighting with daimler Chrysler for the past three months concerning the defect and they stated that he will not be reimbursed. On July 23, 2007, she received a safety recall notice for this failure. She will contact the dealer and inform them of the notice. The recall number was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 2,000.
