The contact owns a 2006 Jeep Liberty. The driver side rear window fell down. The dealer replaced the window. After the window was repaired it stop operating. The dealer replaced the wire and the window dropped half way off of the track. No repairs were made. The engine was turned on at the time of all the failures occurred. The incidents happened without warning. The failure mileage was 8,913. The current mileage was 19,699. Updated 4/7/08 updated 04/07/08
