The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Liberty. When reversing the vehicle, the brakes were applied and the vehicle came to a stop. The contact stated that the lower ball joints on the passenger side for the steering fractured. The vehicle was still in the parking lot of the contact's business. The dealer and the manufacturer were not contacted. There was no recall for the steering failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 123,682.
