problem #1

Liberty Sport 3.7L

The air conditioning quit working in the car due to problems with the TIPM unit. I traced down which fuses supplied power to A/C components and pulled those fuses. I then reinstalled the fuses and the A/C worked. It happened one more time in early July 2014 and I did the same fix. Funny thing is is that the switches that control the A/C changed their functions on their own. The button you would press (one on left side) to activate normal A/C no longer worked by itself. The middle button you press to activate max A/C would then activate normal A/C . Once I pressed the middle max A/C button I could then press the button that would normally turn on normal A/C to get the system to activate max A/C .

Hasn't happened since then but button controls are still backwards.
