Rubber seal around the mixing door MELTED causing the heater door to stick. The stuck door caused the linkage to break. Tried to get Chrysler Jeep to share the cost, but no go. Only 76K miles. How is this acceptable? Shouldn't that part be engineered to withstand normal operating temps? Should be a recall on this.
