Liberty 6-cyl

I got this vehicle on Sep 2013 when took it front the dealer I noticed front end vibration, call for appointment when arrive to dealership they said it needed new tires bought new tires at local pepboys, when back with same problem, they then said again are the tires when they were new.this vibration is coming from front end is very loud sounds like wheel bearing they said that is the way the car is. Alignment was performed, still has vibration now I notice right front tire is wearing on out side could be the camber, non of this repair were done at dealership even under warranty I had to paid out my pocket I don't think is right I am doing the research for those lazy mechanics alignment was perform at pepboys they said the camber on rh tire can't be perform correctly because lower control arm doesn't move out no more. Now when turning the vehicle to the left the wheels seems to be touching, scratching something very hard took it to dealership again after showing that I performed and alignment and they don't know what is causing this I think is unsafe because when I am turning vehicle seems to slow down or something is holding it back I notice that front left brake hose is rubbing the rear of suspension fork at bottom of control arm when turning left there is signs of wear on brake hose same is happening on right could be excessive turning radius on this Jeep that is why may be causing this rubbing noise putting stress on cv axle or bearing.

Jeep Liberty, 2010. Left house and drove ~ 100' to the first stop sign and made a full stop. Started to drive away and there was an immediate lurch and thrust of acceleration, with limited and/or loss of steering and/or braking ability. The Jeep jumped a curb and struck a pedestrian and mailbox. Causing injury to the person and damage to the car and mailbox.
