it blows hot air on the passenger side not the driver side

I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE AC/HEATER OF THIS JEEP EVER SINCE I BOUGHT IT NEW IN 2012. IT HAS BEEN WORKED ON 3 OR 4 TIMES FOR THIS SAME THING AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED AND IS NOW NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. :(

My feet won't get warm. Turn the heater to any of the floor heat, like dash and floor, and just the floor or floor and defrost, defrost comes on and nothing to the floor
