The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Liberty. While driving 50 mph, the vehicle vibrated and the transmission made a loud whining noise. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission clutch was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure occurred on several occasions.
