The headliner in my car is loose and vibrates violently against the inside roof. It literally sounds like a helicopter (no exaggeration). Chrysler/Jeep refuses to fix it because it is a "design flaw" (yes they admit it) and all 2008 Jeep Patriots have the same "design flaw". I've gone back and forth with Chrysler/Jeep for a month now. I have complained to the BBB (Chrysler does not agree to arbitration with the BBB), consumer affairs, the attorney general (Michigan and Ohio), and even consulted an attorney. All this to find out that since Chrysler/Jeep refuses to even make an attempt to fix it, it does not qualify for the lemon law. I haven't driven my brand new car (with a "Lifetime Warranty") in a month. It makes me sick to my stomach to even look at it after the way I've been treated. I guess I can only hope to prevent others from going through this kind of hell.

Well, all started one night when i decided to open the side windows and not to use the AC. A rare noise like a blow sounded, it was the headliner move up and down caused by the coming in wind.
I asked to my local jeep seller, and they said that was normal to all patriots unit, and no apply to a repair.
I'm very sad about this, I bought a 2008 vehicle to have a free issues car, but with jeep car, this not happen.
