I don't understand why my tie rod ends keep going bad in my jeep most of the time I drive in town and it has only 21899 miles.I take good care of my jeep the fact that it happened twice worries me

Wow, where to start? This is yet another complaint on AB/ CC.com.
Not only did I have issues w/ the LCA/ball joints @ 336XX miles, now I have to deal with bad sway bar bushings AND outer tie rod ends.
Mileage now, 44,5XX miles.
These are things that the Chrysler Corp is and has been WELL aware of and has refused to do anything about. Why should us consumers, who TRUSTED them to put together quality vehicles, be punished for their terrible parts? I'm tired of this Chrysler. I know that Grand Caravan, Caliber, and Compass owners are too. Take responsibility for the crappy parts and stop doing a disservice to those of us that trusted you!

My 2008 Jeep Patriot was a piece of junk. In the 4 years I owned it I had the following problems:
CV joints went bad
Tie rod needed to be replaced
Wheel bearings went bad
I also think the brake pads should have lasted longer, and I also have to replace the starter. That shouldn't need to happen on a newer vehicle.
