Engine light came on , code was catalytic convertor not up to requirements. Dealership replaced both O2 sensors and in just 2 weeks engine through same code for convertor.
Retired automotive industry engineer so knew that convertor wasn't true problem but vacuum leak. SUV drove fine, no loss of mpg. Bought new gas cap, engine light off but came on again in 200 miles. Dealership said it was catalytic convertor and needed to be replaced. As last of 2011 model year (made 6/2011) bought a 2012 gas cap.
3000 miles and no codes. Seems dealership was aware of this as the first trip to them they greased the filler neck at top.
