Patriot 4 cyl

I purchased this vehicle brand new. Didn't feel the need for 4Wheel drive so I settled for the most basic model with front wheel drive. I repeatedly told the salesman what I needed it for was going thru the mountains on a regular basis and wanted something sturdy and capable of climbing them. Purchased the vehicle in May and wanted to enjoy the wonderful summer air and rolled my manual window down on the drivers side. After hitting the highway at the posted speed of 70 the vehicle started to vibrate, then shake so bad I pulled over to check and see if I had a flat. Imagine my surprise when there wasn't one. I got back into my vehicle and continued on when out of the corner of my eye I caught the vibration of the roof.

After talking to the dealer who obviously knew about the problem, I was told to roll my rear windows down a bit. After some run around with Chrysler's corporate customer service people, I was told to return to the dealer and talk to the head sales manager. This lazy ass took 2. Seconds to greet me then pawned me off on the guy who sold me the car. He then tried to sell me a car I couldn't afford after already using $2000 I had in a down payment and credit for my trade.

The "good ole boys" at the dealer are a bunch of asshole's including the owner. I had several extremely rude comments before I finally stormed out of the dealer. I have now emailed Chrysler's CEO and Head of Quality control. We'll see what happens!
