Takata recall - NHTSA recall #16V-668 - the recall date on this was 9/13/16 and they are still not offering a remedy. One year is way too long to wait for a safety recall involving seatbelts and airbags.

It has been 11 months since this recall. I contacted Jeep - there still isn't a fix. Air bags & seat belts that do not function properly are a major safety issue. My daughter is a new driver & I'm scared to let her drive. I bought this car for safety & it is not safe. I feel like there is something wrong with the suspension - it's now rattling under the front tire.

I have taken the Jeep back to the dealer 3 time to have the recall repaired. Each time I was told there is no salutation to the recall as of yet. I think they should replace this Jeep with an up graded Jeep as soon as possible or buy it back. The set belt become lock and chokes you going down the road and you have to release the belt and re set it so you are not being choked.
